Nim was born May 12, 2010 and I am very excited to have him. It has taken me this long to write about him just because we are still trying to find our schedule. Not to mention, the first two nights of kennel training were pretty brutal. He will be the 4th dog I have crate trained (the quilting doberman (Odin) as a puppy, and two seniors) and he definitely win the award for best temper tantrum.First moments in the house, and he checks out the toys:
Yesterday (Tuesday, third day of car riding) I decided it was time to settle on a car riding system and I decided to introduce him to his first harness. He did well with it. And aside from the very first time in the car; no more car sickness so far.On Tuesday he had first day of puppy school and his vet visit.
After puppy school and vet visit, there was no waking him...
Still no waking him...
Today, it is day5 of Nim and we are getting more of a system going. You will notice a lot of the photos are of him sleeping. Don't let this fool you; it just happens to be the only time I think to get a photo. This afternoon, under my desk:
I am looking forward to the hiking partner he is going to be.
Very cute. I like the little toy he has in his mouth. Crazy to see the floppy ears.
ReplyDeleteHe is as cuddly as he looks too!
