Flowers are blooming everywhere!
Tomorrow Nim turns 3, but today is Millie's birthday! You might want to head over to Cindy's blog and leave a nice comment. Cindy is donating per comment up to $50 and is also fund-raising for The Verona Street Animal Society dog walk coming June 8th.
Yesterday I finally put a couple of garden boxes together. I can operate a sewing machine, a mixer, a computer, and perform several basic services on my car, but operate a hammer and nails?
Nim maintained a safe distance.
No fingers (or dogs) were hit, only three nails were bent, and magic happened in the form of two garden boxes.
I will be getting a 3-way soil mix soon and hopefully get these darlings growing!

ReplyDeleteI hope you have something special planned for Nim's birthday. Millie enjoyed visiting with her foster parents and we also met Walters real brother who is now in foster with the same fosters that had Walter.

Sounds like a great day for Millie! :) Nim have some training time with the other dogs and hopefully some yard time before the darn rain starts again.

I am hopeful with the boxes especially since my hanging baskets are having a good time this year. I might be all the sun we have been getting though.
DeleteNothing too special for tomorrow, but we will do some training and I have special treats. I am so glad that puppy-hood is more and more behind us.

ReplyDeleteTrust me, if you had seen the process you wouldn't be so impressed. But I am thrilled they came together and I have boxes. I was just going to do mounds of dirt.
